Jeff Weiner

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Weiner is the CEO of LinkedIn, the world’s largest and most powerful network of professionals. Jeff joined LinkedIn in December 2008, and under his leadership LinkedIn has grown its membership from 33 million to more than 467 million, increased its annual revenue from $78 million to $3.7 billion, and gone from 338 employees to more than 10,000 full-time employees in more than 30 offices around the world. Before LinkedIn, Jeff was an executive in residence at Accel Partners and Greylock Partners, where he advised the firms’ consumer technology portfolio companies and evaluated new investment opportunities. Previously, Jeff served as executive vice president of Yahoo!'s Network Division, a business that generated $3 billion in annual revenue with more than 3,000 employees and had responsibility for many of the company’s consumer-facing and industry-leading products.  Prior to joining Yahoo! in 2001, Jeff spent more than six years at Warner Bros., where he helped oversee the company’s online efforts and developed the initial business plan for Warner Bros. Online in 1994. In addition to LinkedIn, Jeff serves on the board of directors for Intuit Inc. and DonorsChoose.org, and the board of advisors for Venture for America and the Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula. He holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mike Callahan

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Mike Callahan is responsible for worldwide legal affairs and public policy at LinkedIn. Before joining LinkedIn, Mike served as the Chief Legal Officer at Ten-X, a leading online real estate marketplace. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Yahoo!. Mike began his legal career with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and holds a B.S. from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut. In addition to his responsibilities at LinkedIn, Mike is a founding board member of the Georgetown Technology Alliance and a board member of Joint Venture SiliconValley.

Mike Gamson

Senior Vice President, Global Solutions

Mike Gamson joined the company in August 2007. He currently leads LinkedIn's Global Solutions Organization across the company's 30 offices worldwide. The GSO includes various functions ranging from field sales and professional services representatives, to research analysts, account managers and operational experts. There are three primary business groups within the GSO focused on servicing corporate customers – Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, and Sales Solutions. Previously, Mike was Director of Product Marketing at Advent Software, a provider of enterprise software for investment managers, where he led the Trading and Order Management business. Mike began his career as an entrepreneur in Costa Rica, founding a restaurant and boutique hotel in 1996. He sold the business to American investors and joined Bank of America as a financial analyst in Chicago the following year. Mike holds a B.A. from Amherst College.

Ryan Roslansky

Vice President, Product

Ryan Roslansky is the global head of product at LinkedIn, overseeing all teams responsible for building and creating the next generation of LinkedIn products and experiences. In this role, he is responsible for setting the company’s product strategy and overseeing product development, user experience, business development, and customer operations. Since joining LinkedIn in May 2009, Ryan has held leadership roles across the R&D organization, helping to launch groundbreaking new experiences for consumers and customers, including the recent simplification of LinkedIn’s new desktop design and flagship mobile app, the launch of LinkedIn Learning, as well as the debut of our Influencer program and content platform. He has also played pivotal roles across the company’s key acquisitions, including Lynda.com, SlideShare and Pulse. Prior to LinkedIn, Ryan was the SVP of Product at Glam Media, and held various product and general management positions at Yahoo!, including spearheading the acquisition of Overture in 2003.

Kevin Scott

Senior Vice President, Infrastructure

Kevin Scott leads the security, data, foundation, site reliability engineering (SRE), product ops/IT and internal systems teams at LinkedIn. Kevin's 20-year career in technology spans both academia and industry as researcher, engineer, and leader. Prior to joining LinkedIn in February of 2011, Kevin oversaw mobile ads engineering at Google, including the integration of Google's $750 million acquisition of AdMob. Prior to its acquisition by Google, Kevin was responsible for engineering and operations at AdMob, the world's leading platform for mobile monetization. Before joining AdMob in 2007, Kevin held numerous leadership positions at Google in search and ads engineering, and was deeply involved with the company's early efforts establishing remote engineering centers, leadership development programs, and faculty outreach to top CS and engineering departments. He is the recipient of a Google Founder's Award, an Intel Ph.D. Fellowship and an ACM Recognition of Service award. Scott was a founding member of the ACM Professions Board, is a trustee of the Anita Borg Institute and The Scott Foundation, and is a member of the startup Magic's board of directors. He is an adviser to several Silicon Valley startups, an active angel investor and the founder of the non-profit organization Behind the Tech. Kevin is the co-inventor on several patents in the area of search and information extraction, and is the author or co-author of several publications on dynamic binary rewriting that collectively have been cited hundreds of times in other scholarly research. He holds an M.S. in computer science from Wake Forest University, a B.S. in computer science from Lynchburg College, and is an all-but-dissertation drop out from the computer science Ph.D. program at the University of Virginia.

Mohak Shroff

Vice President, Product Engineering

Mohak Shroff is head of product engineering at LinkedIn. He leads the engineering teams that develop all of LinkedIn’s member-facing products and customer lines of business including LinkedIn Talent, Marketing and Sales Services. In his nine years at LinkedIn, he has played several key roles from working with the infrastructure and monetization teams to leading Project Inversion. Prior to joining LinkedIn in 2008, Mohak served as key technical leader on the Ariba Supplier Network (Ariba SN) engineering team where he led various application and infrastructure development efforts across the company’s vertical technology stack. Mohak holds a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.

Steve Sordello

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Steve Sordello oversees financial operations at LinkedIn. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of two Nasdaq publicly-traded companies. In July 2007, Steve joined LinkedIn from TiVo, where he was part of the management team that delivered TiVo’s first-ever quarter of profitability. Prior to that, he was CFO for Ask Jeeves and helped lead the company through a transition from unprofitable back to a profitable, high-margin company. During his tenure there, revenues and earnings grew significantly, and the company’s market value increased from less than $40 million to more than $2 billion when it was acquired by IAC/Interactive Corporation in 2005. Steve has also held senior finance roles at Adobe Systems and Syntex Corporation (acquired by Roche). He is on the board of trustees of Santa Clara University, and serves on the boards of directors for Cloudera and Atlassian. Steve holds an MBA and B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Shannon Stubo

Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Communications

Shannon Stubo has more than 15 years of experience in the corporate communications field and has worked at some of the world’s most innovative and disruptive companies since 1994. She joined LinkedIn in September 2010 as Vice President of Corporate Communications and is responsible for driving the company’s worldwide communications activities, including media relations, financial communications and consumer PR. Prior to joining LinkedIn, she was the Senior Director of Corporate Communications at OpenTable from 2008 to 2010. Before OpenTable, Shannon spent seven years at eBay, where she was most recently Vice President of Corporate Communications. During her tenure at eBay, she lived and worked in Zurich, Switzerland as eBay’s Director of European Communications. Shannon also worked at Yahoo! from 1998 to 2001 and at Intuit from 1994 to 1998. She studied Psychology at Notre Dame de Namur University.

Pat Wadors

Senior Vice President, Global Talent Organization

Pat Wadors. joined LinkedIn in January 2013 to lead its world-class talent (HR) team. In addition to hiring, retaining and inspiring top talent, Pat is also responsible for all employee-related HR programs at LinkedIn, including compensation and benefits and performance management. She came to LinkedIn from Plantronics, where she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for leading the company's facilities and human resources programs across the all of its worldwide offices. From August 2011 until August 2012, Pat also served as the HR Executive Advisor to Twitter. In that role, she worked with Twitter's head of HR, CEO and Board of Directors to help guide their workforce talent strategies to scale the business, while also attracting and retaining key talent. Previously, Pat also spent more than four years at Yahoo!. As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Yahoo!. Pat led Yahoo!'s HR Business Partner function which supported 14,500 employees in more than 17 locations. Prior to Yahoo!, Pat served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Align Technologies and has also held senior human resource management positions at Applied Materials, Merck Pharmaceutical, Viacom International and Calvin Klein Cosmetics. She graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Ramapo College, with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Psychology.
